2. Services Description

We provide independent mining equipment reviews, warehouse layout assessments, power and PDU audits, and related consulting for facilities operating hardware rated at 0.05 TH/s and above. Service scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual engagement agreements or quotes issued before work begins.

3. Website Use

You may browse this website for informational purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our review content, floor plans, or reports without written permission. You may not use this website for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt its operation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, floor plan templates, and review data — is owned by File Lagooncore Mining Review Co., Ltd. or used under licence. Custom reports delivered to clients remain our intellectual property; clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use reports for their own facility planning.

5. Informational Pricing

Rates published on our pricing page are indicative. Final fees are confirmed in writing before engagement. We do not process payments through this website.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our assessments and reviews are based on conditions observed during site visits and testing periods. We do not guarantee specific hashrate, profitability, or equipment lifespan. We are not liable for losses arising from hardware failure, power outages, lease disputes, or decisions made by third-party contractors following our reports. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of our reports, unauthorised modification of our floor plans, or operation of equipment outside manufacturer specifications.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daegu, South Korea.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
