Who This Assessment Is For
Warehouse operators planning a new mining row or expanding an existing cold-aisle block need more than a equipment spec sheet. This assessment is for facility owners, co-location hosts, and install crews working in industrial units between 200 m² and 5,000 m² who want a marked floor plan before ordering hardware.
What You Receive

Scope and Process
- Initial call — You share floor dimensions, ceiling height, existing PDU layout, and power contract (kW and voltage).
- On-site walkthrough (1–2 days) — Our engineers measure aisle widths, note intake/exhaust paths, and photograph cable-tray routes.
- Draft plan review — We send a PDF floor plan within three business days of the visit. You mark revisions.
- Final report delivery — Bound report with equipment table, install sequence, and annotated photos.

Pricing
Assessments start at ₩2,800,000 for warehouses up to 800 m² with a single electrical feed. Larger facilities or sites requiring containment redesign are quoted after the initial call. A 30% deposit secures your visit date; the balance is due on final report delivery.
