Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and deposit handling for File Lagooncore Mining Review assessment services.

Overview
File Lagooncore Mining Review Co., Ltd. provides on-site warehouse assessments, equipment reviews, and power audits. This policy explains when refunds apply, how cancellations work, and what happens to deposits.
Refund Eligibility
Full refund — Available if you cancel at least 14 calendar days before your scheduled site visit and no preliminary work (floor plan research, equipment procurement for review) has begun.
Partial refund — If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before the visit, we refund 50% of amounts paid. The remaining 50% covers scheduling and preparation time.
No refund — Cancellations within 7 days of the visit, or after our engineer has arrived on site, are non-refundable. No-shows (failure to provide site access at the agreed time) are treated as completed visits.
Deposits
Layout assessments require a 30% deposit to secure the visit date. Deposits are refundable under the full-refund conditions above. Deposits are non-refundable once preliminary desk research on your floor plan has started, which we notify you of by email.
Power audits and cooling studies require 50% on booking. The same cancellation windows apply.
Work Already Started
If we have completed a site visit but you cancel before final report delivery, you receive a partial report containing all data collected to date. No refund is issued for the on-site portion. Remaining fees for report completion are waived.
Non-Refundable Items
- Travel surcharges for sites beyond 200 km from Daegu, once travel is booked
- Custom equipment purchased specifically for your review request (passed through at cost if unopened; opened units are non-refundable)
- Rush scheduling fees (20% surcharge for visits within five business days)
Refund Process
- Email info@file-lagooncore.click with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.
- We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original bank account.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a site visit once at no charge if requested at least 7 days before the original date. A second reschedule incurs a ₩200,000 administrative fee. Rescheduling within 7 days of the visit is treated as a cancellation under the partial-refund rules above.
Dissatisfaction with Deliverables
If you believe a delivered report does not match the agreed scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where scope was missed, revise the report at no charge. Refunds are not issued for disagreements with our equipment recommendations or layout opinions, as our role is advisory.
Service Not Delivered by Us
If we cancel your booking due to engineer illness or force majeure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.
